Mark & Kim-Married! Pt.3 [Portland Wedding Photographer]

We’re back with Kim & Mark’s gorgeous reception. We took a week off blogging to visit our family and friends in San Diego.  We had a wonderful time catching up with everyone. We even got to unveil the photos from a wedding we shot in October at the Orfila Winery in San Diego with our couple for the first time in person.  It was so rewarding to be able to relive the wedding with our new friends that I think we might make it a regular thing.  It’s pretty powerful to be able to see the images blown up on a big screen with some of their favorite music playing in the background.  It definitely made me love being a wedding photographer even more.  We also fell in love with the Southern California wedding style and hope to shoot more weddings there in the next few years.

We’ll be showing off those pictures soon enough.  In the mean time, we hope you enjoy the remaining shots from Kim & Mark’s wedding.  I get excited to show off the details at every wedding and this is no exception.  Brooke at Tying the Knot did an amazing job setting up the dinner space and I’m a huge fan of the consistency she used with K&M’s wedding monogram.  It was  highlighted in the table settings, the program, and even the dessert packaging.  These are the little details that really bring an event together and are all the more reason to hire a wedding coordinator.  They are the busy bees working behind the scenes to make everything perfect so our couples can just relax and really enjoy the day.
