While Josh and Melissa have been jetting around the country for a slew of destination weddings, I’ve been holding down the fort here in Portland, shooting weddings that are closer to home. It’s been a crazy August for all of us, but I couldn’t help stealing a few minutes to throw in a quick blog post.
Jill and Mark held their ceremony and reception at the tail end of July, at the Fairgate Inn in Camas, Washington, which made for a gorgeous setting, both indoors and out. The two of them actually live in St. Louis, but their families are based here in PDX, so they had the even-more-enormous task of planning their wedding long-distance! Fortunately, everything came together beautifully, and everyone had a mellow and enjoyable afternoon. Mark and Jill’s relaxed attitude made this day a breeze, and it was great working with them!
