[Nabiha & Erik, Part Three- A Wedding at the Tower Club] Chicago Wedding Photographers-Continuum Photography

I decided to do a Fauxtobooth™ 3.0 montage. Now I had been calling it 2.0 until I realized we actually have done a total of 2 upgrades to it, so really it ought to be known as 3.0. The Fauxtobooth™ is a great way to bring some humor and fun to the documentation of your day, and it’s usually never too late to add it in to your coverage so if you have any questions on the process just let me know. The fisheye lens is optional, but most people appreciate it’s unique distorting capabilities. And for as wide an angle as it covers the actual footprint of the equipment is 3’6″x4’0″ and only needs to be about 2 or 3 feet away from a wall to have enough room for plenty of people to pile in behind it. Here are some highlights from the booth action at Nabiha and Erik’s wedding.

Part two of Nabiha and Erik’s wedding!

After the ceremony was over we went out on a little citywalk to collect ourselves before heading back for the real fun to begin.

Nabiha and Erik were wed the day after their Mendhi ceremony at the Tower Club in Chicago’s Civic Opera building downtown. The venue is located on the 39th floor and has some pretty amazing views of the city along with some old world charm.

Nabiha & Erik | Mendhi Ceremony

A few weeks ago we were fortunate enough to photograph Nabiha and Erik’s wedding, which also had a Mendhi ceremony that we covered the day before. In the end no matter what culture’s wedding you are photographing, it mostly comes down to good friends, family, and a great party.

While I was away visiting my family in Wilmington, NC, Josh took a stroll down to the river with Nabiha & Erik. From the looks of these photos, I think they had a good time. I love how he captured their love and our city. While Chicago isn’t the cleanest city it’s still beautiful all the same and I always feel lucky to have it as a backdrop.
