Our biggest reason for the move though is to get back to the Pacific Northwest, a region in the country that we truly love being around.  Having already experienced Seattle for 5+ years we thought Portland would be a great place to be a part of.  After much consideration and a few scouting missions we feel in love with all of the creative and vibrant neighborhoods on the eastside.  Initially we’ll be making our home in the Alberta Arts District, which I can tell already is going to be a terrific source of inspiration.  Unfortunately our grandiose plans to network and photograph the city extensively this trip were curbed dramatically by a nasty cold we caught.  We were able to find a great rental and visit with a couple of new and old friends, and we are actually on the mend and should be back full force for this weekend’s events.

And just as a reminder to future clients in Southern California, the Pacific Northwest, and the Midwest: face to face meetings are the best.  But definitely consider us even if we’re not in your home town.  We take advantage all of the advanced forms of communication, and even the ancients ones… like the phone.  Enjoy the following few images I did manage to take while we were here.  There will be many more in the future!
